WebQuest
A WebQuest is a reflective activitystructured, which poses an attractive task using resources available on the network, selected in advance by the teacher, with the purpose of contributing to the administration of the time students devote to the development of it. Investigating on the web incorporates students to effective tasks, encourages collaboration and discussion, and is easily integrated into the school curriculum.
WebQuest is a didactic strategy in which students are the ones who really build knowledge."A WebQuest," according to Bernie Dodge, the originator of the WebQuest concept, "is an inquiry-oriented activity in which most or all of the information used by learners is drawn from the Web. WebQuests are designed to use learners' time well, to focus on using information rather than on looking for it, and to support learners' thinking at the levels of analysis, synthesis, and evaluation."
